Backups and Security Audits

We will setup and manage a disaster recovery program, automating daily backups of your site stored on a secured cloud server. We'll also harden your site securty to keep hackers out and run monthly security scans to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Updates, Updates, Updates

As long as you are a Concierge Support subscriber we will keep your Joomla! installation and all of the extensions you have installed up-to-date. We montior the Joomla! community chatter to identify potential issues with updates and execute a plan of action to avoid update issues.

Content Insertion/Update

Although Joomla is a great content management system that lets site owners insert and edit content it can be time-consuming if you are not familiar with HTML and best web practices. Leave all that nonsense to us. You provide the content and we'll insert it and make it look pretty.

Functionality Changes

If you need to add a new feature to your site, we have you covered. You tell us your idea and we'll find, install and configure the best Joomla! Extensions to fit your needs. Need a new form? Want to add a shop or payment facility? We can handle it!

Graphic Design

We can source stock images or create unique custom images based on your needs. With our experienced graphic designer we can create images that not only look professional but stand out.

Once you setup a Concierge Support Plan we will contact you to learn about your site and needs. If you can't find a standard plan that suits your needs, contact us and we'll put together a custom plan specifically for you.

We'll then get you setup in our Project Manager and Support System.

We'll get straight to work, implementing a backup plan, running a site audit and addressing any issues found and updating Joomla and your Extensions.

Once we have had a chance to get everything up-to-speed whenever you need a change, you'll be able to open support request either by opening a ticket in our Support Portal or by sending an email to our Support Portal that will automatically create a ticket for your request.
