Experiencing an issue with a site which uses your payment plugin for Stripe which is that emails are not always showing up even when RSFormPro is reporting them as being sent.

We thought it was server related so actually moved hosts but the issue persists and is inconsistent. So someone places an order at http://www.apc-academy.co.uk/book and makes their payment and only sometimes the email shows up. It's only because the client is getting Stripe payment notifications that they even know the order has been placed at times.

A few orders have come through okay but I'm personally CC'd into the emails for testing purposes and so can confirm that it's not a spamming issue as I don't receive them either, spam or otherwise. I even got the hosts, Siteground, to do a trace on one of the order's email address and they confirmed that no such email was ever sent from the site.

In addition when I click to resend emails which never turned up RSForm Pro gives me a success message however there is still no sign of these emails.

Also when I do a test transaction so put Stripe in test mode, then put it back to live, then resend the emails from the test order I get an error along these lines:
No such customer: cus_AdZfviJByG86ms; a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request.

Which to me makes it look like even just resending the emails is triggerring some sort of action from Stripe or to Stripe which might be getting in the way and doesn't seem necessary?
