I have one problem with user access level. I tried to configure Login/My account menu on my web page (as you have on your page.) Login (in menu) will appear only when user is not authorized. When you enter username and password, login will be disappear and in main menu will be My account. It is working fantastic. After that I have problem with your component. I am not able to finish shoping, finish checkout. It show me to login but I do not have account yet.

I think that the problem is in Guest User Group (user option -> Guest User Group)
When I put Guest User Group: Guest my menu is working but I have problem with checkout in your component.
When I put Guest User Group: Registered my menu is NOT working but I have NO problem with checkout in your component.
Please help
