I'm encountering a strange issue after doing a massive upgrade to all plugins. For the most part everything works with the membership subscription process, but it's incredibly slow. Here are a few software details details:

Joomla: 3.9.7
RSMembership: 1.22.12
Stripe for RSMembership: 1.8.2
PHP: 7.3.6

Here is the issue we are encountering:
Once the customer submits the credit card details, the Stripe popup or mobile window will go away and show the "Subscription Summary" again, act as if it is trying to load the success redirection page, but then it just hangs.

While the website is hung up, I still received notification emails. Right away I receive "User has Joined" email, 3 minutes later we received another "User has Joined" email, 5 minutes later we receive a "Account Details" email, and finally 3 minutes after that (now totaling 11min since payment was submitted and user has received receipt from stripe) we'll get the "User's Account Activated" email. During this entire time the website will still remains hung up. I've tried on both desktop and mobile and the behavior is the same.

So again, it's not completely non-functional, but something is clearly broken. Can you please advise?
