I am looking for a way to refresh the form if the user cancels the Stripe checkout form. What happens is if the user cancels the stripe javascript they return to the form, but now the Submit button is greyed/disabled. The only way to recover from this is to refresh the page.

--> Edit: I realize the demo this problem doesn't occur, but I can't find the differences other than possibly I'm using bootstrap? I've noticed that my submit button is disabled after the Stripe checkout form appears and is closed. This doesn't happen in the demo
