Once you configured your Stripe payment plugin you are ready to insert the necessary fields into your forms.
Open up your existing from in RSForms Pro. (Components > RSForm Pro > Manage Forms)
You need to insert a few different form fields, which are outlined below in the order they should appear.
First select the Choose Payment field type from the left hand menu.
In the General tab of the slide out box that opens, add a Name (without spaces or special characters) and Caption. The caption will display on the form if you are using multiple payment options.
Now, click on the Attributes tab and choose how you want it to be displayed. If you are only using Stripe you can set this field to not display on the front end as it will auto-select Stripe of it's the only choice whether it's visible on the front-end form or not.
Click the update button to save the field to your form and then click Save at the top to save the form.
Click on either Single Product or Multiple Products to add the product(s) field.
If you choose the Single Product Option, in the General tab insert a Caption and optionally a Description.
Click on the Attributes tab and set if you want the item information to be displayed on the front-end form or not. Insert a Price (without a currency symbol).
Click on Save & Close to save the field to the form. Then click on Save at the top to save the form. You can now skip down to the Payment Field.
If you selected the Multiple Products field, in the General tab, insert a Name (remember no spaces or special characters), a Caption which will show up on the front-end of the form.
To insert your products in the Items block use the following format: price|name. Each item must be on its own line.
For example, on our demo site we used:
85|One Hour of Support
149|Two Hours of Support
Now move over to the Validations tab and make the selections/insertions for your specific needs.
Next move over to the Attributes tab and make the necessary selections/insertions you need.
Once finished click the Save & Close button to save the field to the form. Then click the Save button at the top to save the form.
Finally, click on the Stripe (Payment) on the left-hand menu to add Stipe to the form.
In the General tab add a Name (remember no spaces or special characters) and add a Label.
Click on the Update button to save the field to the form. Then click on the Save button at the top to save the form.
Once you publish your form to the front-end of your website it should start accepting payments through the Stripe gateway.
