Google Drive Configuration

In version 1.5.0 we've added Google Drive integration. You can now send your RSForm file uploads to Google Drive.

Setting up the plugin to send files to Google Drive is easy.

1. On your site, go to the plugin manager and open up the System - Remote Storage for RSForm Pro plugin.

2. Select Google Drive in the Storage Type dropdown and hit the Save button.

Note, if you don't save the type setting first, your authorization will delete when you save the plugin.

3. Scroll down to the Google Drive section and click the Authenticate button, which will open a popup to authorize your site to access your Google account.

If you're logged into Google with multiple accounts it will prompt you to select which account you wish to use. After choosing an account (or logging in) review the details in the next block and click the Authorize button.

4. Once you click the Allow button, it will close the popup window, change the Authorize button to Authenticated, populate the Google Access Token and Google Refresh Token fields. Then all you need to do is click the Save and Close button on your plugin.

If you ever need to remove or switch accounts you can click on the red x next to Authenticated to clear the authentication.
