Hey guys, I don't know whats going on but I haven't gotten a reply from anyone in over a week. I see that support is listed as "Online" almost every time I post, but yet no one responds. After looking over the rest of the forums I can't help but notice that no one has reached out to support for at least a month with the exception of myself, so clearly you guys are not swamped... I was making some slight progress with Ann for a min but now I'm getting no feedback. What is going on? Are you guys just giving up on this product?

I attempted to call but both the listed numbers just go to voicemail...

Please advise!
